Our biggest accomplishment is our streamlined telecom service for Merlins Auto Industry.

When Merlins came to us for IT solutions we found on the very first location there was a firewall blocking all voice traffic. As a knowledgeable IT company, we were able to jump into the network and fix the problem. Since partnering with Merlins we now manage 13 stores in the US, and the owner now has a birds-eye view of all locations on one device from one vendor.
