My Treatment Plan

For My Treatment Plan, we built a fully interactive patient pre-assessment tool designed to streamline the consultation process before a patient ever speaks to a doctor.

Instead of traditional inquiry forms, we developed a virtual avatar interface where patients select the exact area of pain or concern. Based on the selected body part, the system dynamically displays relevant symptoms, treatment options, and medical pathways. Once submitted, the platform automatically generates a structured patient report outlining recommended treatments, estimated timelines, and whether the approach is surgical or non-surgical.

All patient inputs are instantly pushed into the CRM, giving doctors complete case visibility before the first interaction. This reduces friction, saves consultation time, improves qualification accuracy, and enhances the overall patient experience through clarity and automation.
